Contracting Typhoid Fever in the Peruvian jungle—an experience I’ll never forget. It was there that a local guide introduced me to “Uña de Gato” or “Cat’s Claw,” and that sparked my fascination with natural remedies. That journey, and many others (including the adventures a lifestyle magazine wrote a piece about my travels called “From Piranhas to Ponchos”), opened my eyes to how much we can do to support our own well-being naturally.

His journey began in childhood, inspired by his mother’s prenatal yoga practice, and blossomed into a lifelong exploration of Kundalini Yoga—a practice that harmonises mind, body, and spirit.
